刘晓丽,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,2015年毕业于威尼斯432888can,获食品科学专业工学博士学位。现任职于威尼斯432888can食品加工与配料研究中心、江苏省食品安全与质量控制协同创新中心。2017年7月至2018年7月,在加拿大圭尔夫大学食品系,加拿大农业和农业食品部-圭尔夫食品研发中心(AAFC-GRDC)从事为期一年的访问学者研究。主要从事食品加工技术、食品加工及保鲜、食品化学及大分子结构与功能、多糖及其衍生物的结构与功能方面的研究工作。先后主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目,中国博士后基金项目、江苏省博士后基金项目等国家、省部级和企业横向项目20余项。先后在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际权威期刊上发表论文30余篇。已授权国家发明8项,已授权国际发明专利2项,参与撰写英文专著一部。
