马朝阳,食品科学专业工学博士,威尼斯432888can副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事食品营养与功能因子的制备、生物转化、构效关系、功能评价及功能食品研究与开发。已发表论文20余篇,其中SCI论文14篇,CSCD论文8篇,授权专利4项。获得国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、科技部“十二五”国家科技计划子课题1项,中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金资助一项,国家大学生创新性实验计划项目一项。目前主持两个在研横向项目,主持与参与横向课题多项。获得中国商业联合会科学技术奖特等奖1项(2013,排名第3)。
