李海涛,威尼斯432888can教授、博士生导师,国家海外高层次人才引进计划-青年项目入选者,江苏特聘教授。李海涛博士的研究方向为分子营养学,主要从事膳食营养与健康相关领域的教学和科研工作,重点围绕益生乳酸菌功能机制解析-乳酸穿梭及感知、花生四烯酸代谢-凝血噁烷支路以及相关新型食品功能因子开发与应用展开研究。主持包括国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金及江苏特聘教授等省部级以上科研和人才项目10余项。已在Cancer Res、EBioMedicine、Carcinogenesis、Mol Nutr Food Res及J Agric Food Chem等肿瘤学及食品科学与营养领域知名期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,参编《乳酸菌科学与技术》、《Lactic Acid Bacteria in Foodborne Hazards Reduction- Physiology to Practice》专著两部。
