沈晓芳,威尼斯432888can教授,博士生导师,分析食品安全研究团队PI,长期从事食品安全与质量控制方面的研究,近年来主持国家重点研发计划课题和子课题各1项,主持国家自然科学基金面上及青年项目3项,主持江苏省社会发展重大应用示范等课题,主持企业委托项目10余项。成果在国内外学术刊物发表论文140余篇(SCI收录90余篇),申请国家专利40余件(授权20余件),制/修定国家标准和团体标准2项。挂职江苏省科技镇长团并获得优秀团员称号;智力援疆创新拓展人才计划“小组团”团长;受聘宁夏回族自治区中卫市工业园区科技创新服务站专家;担任江苏省科学技术厅科技副总;获中国轻工业联合会科技进步一等奖、中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖、中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛优秀指导教师等奖励。
