郁书怀,副研究员,硕士生导师。毕业于威尼斯432888can食品科学与工程专业,博士期间赴美哈佛大学化学与化学生物系进行联合培养。研究方向为食品生物技术,主要利用分子生物学、结构生物学、生物信息学致力于食品酶挖掘、开发利用与分子改造功、功能优化方面的研究。以第一作者在ACS Catalysis(IF:13.084)、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry(IF:5.279)等期刊发表论文10余篇。现任《食品研究与开发》期刊青年编委。
